Android 8.1 Oreo & CPU Octa Core

At the heart of the DX160, an Octa Core processor combined with 2GB of RAM powers the operating system, Android 8.1 Oreo, to deliver a smooth and intuitive experience. This flexible OS allows you to install compatible applications to adapt the user experience to your desires and needs.

Dual CS43198 DAC

The digital-to-analog conversion stage includes two DAC CS43198 chips designed by Cirrus Logic, allowing independent conversion on each channel. These chips provide very good audio performance with a dynamic range measured at -130dB and a THD+N at -115dB, for accurate, lively and rich reproduction.

In addition, the CS43198s are particularly suitable for battery-powered systems, as they are optimized to provide low power consumption and therefore maintain a good range.

Finally, these converters support high sampling rates, allowing PCM audio streams up to 32bit 384kHz and DSD up to DSD256 to be played.

A large screen, an intuitive interface

The Topping DX160 features a large 5" screen with a resolution of 1080p (Full HD), allowing you to display all the information you need to navigate your applications and audio files. The Android interface, particularly intuitive, offers a quick and easy way to get started with the walkman.

A consequent autonomy

With its 3200mAh battery, the DX160 has no battery life problems. Allowing continuous reading for 13 hours (after full charge), it is the ideal companion to accompany you on your travels. In addition, it incorporates Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) technology, allowing it to be recharged very quickly.

Dual outputs, WiFi and Bluetooth

The DX160 has two output connectors. On one side a 4.4mm TRRRS (Pentaconn) symmetrical jack and on the other side a 3.5mm jack connector acting as both Line and Coaxial output. The Topping DAP also supports remote transmission via WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0.
